Hello Parents and Educators,
I want to start my introducing myself. My name is Meghan MacDonald and I am currently in the teacher education program at Brock University and am working to be qualified in the primary and junior grades. This blog will outline important strategies and teaching methods for teaching drama in the Kindergarten to Grade Six levels. It will also include personal reflections and experiences about my drama experiences in the teacher education program. I hope you find this information useful and enjoy learning more about drama in the primary and junior grade levels.
My thoughts about drama in the elementary classrooms have changed tremendously during my six weeks in my teacher education drama class. I hope you explore my blog and learn that drama can easily be integrated into many subjects in the Ontario curriculum to help make learning fun for elementary students.
